Parceiro Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how BrainJuice Inc., a California corporation ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information through parceiro.ai and parceiro.biz (the "Service"). Parceiro is a product of BrainJuice Inc.; "Parceiro" in this policy refers to BrainJuice Inc. The Service is currently in a limited beta.

1. Information we collect

You provide:

  • Contact and account information — name, business email, company, role, and login credentials when you apply for beta access, request early access, or create an account. We are the controller of this information.
  • Application and form submissions — your responses on beta application, early-access, and order forms. We are the controller of this information.
  • Client business content — information you submit while using the platform: diagnostic answers, partner program details, business context, documents, and brand assets you upload ("Client Business Content"). You are the controller of this information and we are your processor.

Collected automatically:

  • Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and aggregate usage analytics. Our forms use a bot-protection service that evaluates browser signals to distinguish humans from automated traffic. We are the controller of this information.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; the Service is for business use only.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service — including generating assessments, reports, and business documents from the content you submit
  • Evaluate beta and early-access applications and communicate with you about them
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service — during the beta this includes our team reviewing session content to fix issues and improve quality
  • Send transactional and service-related email (and, with your consent, product updates)
  • Comply with legal obligations

In addition, we may use the information for which we are the controller for any business or commercial purpose, including without limitation billing, collection, and marketing.

3. How we do NOT use your information for which we are a processor and not the controller

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use your identifiable business content to serve other clients. What you submit is used to provide the Service to you.
  • We do not use your content to train AI models — neither ours nor our AI provider's. Our AI provider processes data under commercial API terms that prohibit training on customer inputs.

De-identified data. We may create and use data that has been de-identified and aggregated so it no longer identifies you, another individual person or your company — for example, to develop industry benchmarks and improve the Service. De-identified data is not personal information and may be retained and used for these purposes. We are the controller of de-identified and aggregated data.

4. AI processing

Parceiro is an AI-powered service. Content you submit is processed by our AI infrastructure provider, Anthropic, via its commercial API to generate the Service's assessments and outputs. This processing is subject to the no-training commitment described above.

5. Service providers and other disclosures

We share information for which you are the controller and we are the processor with the service providers that help us run the Service, each acting on our instructions.

We may also disclose information for which you are the controller if required by law or legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice of any resulting policy change). We may disclose information for which we are the controller for any legal, business or commercial purpose, including to vendors that help us operate our business.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and application data while your account or application is active and as needed for the purposes above. Client business content is retained for the duration of your engagement window; when it lapses, the associated content is scheduled for deletion. You may request deletion of your personal data and Client Business Content at any time by contacting us (Section 10), subject to information we must keep for legal, business records or accounting purposes. De-identified data may be retained.

7. Security

Client Business Content is encrypted in transit and at rest through our infrastructure providers, and access is limited to those who need it to operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information with measures appropriate to a business platform handling confidential business content.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use cross-context behavioral advertising cookies, and we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals because we do not track users over time and across third-party sites.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves — including when paid services launch. We will post updates with a new effective date and notify account holders of material changes by email.

Note, we are not currently subject to the CCPA or any state consumer privacy laws. If that should change, we will update this policy as necessary.
